How to preserve taro

　　If taro is left unused for too long after buying it, it will easily rot. The best way to preserve it is to peel it, cut it into pieces, fry it, and then refrigerate it. It will be more convenient to use it for cooking next time.

　　If you want to make sweets, you can steam the taro slices and then refrigerate them. When cooking, just use a juicer to puree them and then heat them.
