What is the reason for the small white bump on the foreskin?

Small white bumps on the foreskin may be related to factors such as pearly penile papules, ectopia sebaceum, condyloma acuminata, balanitis or folliculitis, which can be improved through local cleaning, drug treatment or physical therapy. It is recommended to seek medical treatment promptly for a clear diagnosis and avoid self-treatment.

1. Pearly penile papules

Pearly penile papules are benign proliferative lesions, which appear as small white or light red papules arranged regularly on the coronal edge of the foreskin and are not contagious. It may be related to poor local hygiene or abnormal physiological development, and usually does not require treatment. If it affects the appearance, you can use laser or freezing to remove it as directed by your doctor to avoid scratching and irritation.
