1. Standing breaststroke paddler
Spread your legs shoulder-width apart, stand in the water, and do breaststroke paddling. There are two types of paddling in this movement. One is the outside paddling, with the palm of your hand paddling toward the inside of your arm, just like drawing a heart in the water.
The other is inward paddling, in which the palms of the hands pad towards the outside of the arm. When paddling inward, the inside of the arm should be pressed hard, and when reaching out, the arm should be stretched forward as much as possible. It is recommended to do 30 times of external strokes and 30 internal strokes respectively, in three to five groups.
2. Shoulder turns in water
Spread your legs as wide as your shoulders, and stand in the water. When doing this action, the water level should be at chest level. Place your hands on each shoulder, and use your elbow joints to make clockwise and counterclockwise circles. When your elbows are forward, you should try your best to get closer, and when you move your elbows backward, you should try your best to stretch backwards. It is recommended to do 25 times in one group and 3 to 5 groups.
