Sour feet are usually caused by sweat decomposition, fungal infection, keratin accumulation, bacterial growth, poor foot hygiene and other reasons.

5. Poor hygiene:

Symptoms include stiff socks and dirt between toenails. It is recommended to wash with warm water and soap every day, focusing on cleaning between toes and nail edges.
Comprehensive management is required to improve sore feet: choose breathable mesh shoes and antibacterial socks, and avoid wearing the same pair of shoes for two consecutive days.; Soak your feet with white vinegar or baking soda 1-2 times a week to adjust the pH. ; Diabetic patients with stubborn foot odor need to investigate metabolic problems ; Temporary foot odor due to hormonal changes in teenagers can require enhanced local care. If it is accompanied by skin damage, exudation or fever, you need to seek medical treatment promptly to rule out serious infection.
