Currently, the core of medical herbal therapy preparations used clinically by formal medical institutions in China are botanical products approved by the National Drug Administration. They are mainly divided into single-flavor herbal active ingredient extract preparations, compound herbal preparations with improved traditional formulas, and the other type is in-house herbal preparations approved by traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in various places, which can only be prescribed and used by our hospital.

The new rehabilitation solution is a single-flavor herbal preparation extracted from the American cockroach. Whether it is taken internally to repair the mucosa of gastric ulcers or applied externally as a wet compress to promote the healing of postoperative wounds and burns, it has been clinically used for decades and has strong stability.； Compound Danshen Dropping Pills, which are often prescribed by cardiology departments for patients with coronary heart disease, are modern compound preparations made from ancient prescriptions of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Panax notoginseng, and Borneol. Yunnan Baiyao aerosol, which is commonly used for bruises and bruises, also belongs to this type of compliant medical herbal preparations.

Of course, when it comes to medical herbal preparations, we cannot avoid the injection controversy that has been quarreling for many years in the field. Many clinicians in primary hospitals believe that Xiyanping Injection and Ginkgo Leaf Extract Injection, which have been repeatedly clinically verified, are indeed effective in the auxiliary treatment of upper respiratory tract infections and cerebral infarction sequelae, and are more cost-effective than many imported drugs.； However, many pharmaceutical experts insist that the ingredients of herbal injections are much more complex than chemical drugs, and the prevention and control of sensitization and adverse reactions are more difficult.
