Of course, there are differences in the training content of different institutions, and there are also discussions in the industry. For example, some commercial institutions will add a lot of content on wilderness survival and extreme disaster survival. One group of people believes that there is no harm in ordinary people learning more skills, which can be used in case of extreme situations; the other group thinks that most people Most ordinary people will never be in danger in a no-man's land or be buried under earthquake pressure once in their lifetime. Spending most of their time learning to drill wood to make fire and climb with knots is a waste of energy. It is better to use the limited time to master basic movements such as CPR and Heimlich.
